Descrições, formatos, durações e horários dos passeios informados na página online do Dottv Productions Ltd. ou em qualquer outro meio têm apenas o propósito de apresentar uma ideia geral do passeio, e não devem ser considerados ao pé da letra. Em particular, as fotos são de propósito ilustrativo e não consistem em um contrato entre o cliente e a Dottv Productions Ltd. As informações sobre cada passeio são corretas no momento da impressão. No entanto, o conteúdo e formato dos passeios podem mudar durante o ano. Informações atualizadas estarão sempre disponíveis em nosso website.

Nosso Guias

Nossos guias não são empregados da Dottv Productions Ltd. Eles são parceiros que trabalham junto conosco, inclusive na montagem dos passeios, e são comprometidos com todos os termos e condições da Dottv Productions Ltd para Londres Tours.

Inclusão

Deficientes físicos são bem-vindos aos nossos passeios e reconhecemos que alguns passeios podem apresentar dificuldades para pessoas deficientes. Estamos comprometidos em garantir que clientes com alguma deficiência terão oportunidade de participar dos passeios, por isso, pedimos que no momento da compra sejamos informados sobre alguma demanda especial do cliente. Isso nos permitirá fazer o máximo possível para atender às necessidades do participante. Estamos à disposição para prover informações sobre a infra-estrutura para pessoas com necessidades especiais nos locais solicitados.

Alterações

Se você quiser alterar a data ou número de pessoas do seu passeio, nós reservamos o direito de cobrar uma taxa de 10 libras esterlinas por pessoa como contribuição a nossas despesas administrativas. Todas as alterações devem ser notificadas por e-mail pela pessoa que realizou a compra, com antecedência mínima de cinco dias úteis antes da realização do passeio. Se você deseja alterar a data, confira se existe uma nova data que você possa realizar o passeio.

Reservamos o direito de realizar alterações no seu passeio, se necessário. Se uma alteração for necessária, iremos nos certificar de que ela será a mínima possível e que você seja informado com o máximo de antecedência. Uma grande mudança é aquela que envolve uma alteração relevante no passeio anunciado ou horário de partida por mais de 12 horas. Quando isso ocorrer, se ela não for consequência de circunstâncias de força maior, você terá a chance de aceitar a mudança no seu passeio ou solicitar cancelamento com reembolso total.

Não pagaremos compensação se tivermos que cancelar ou alterar o seu passeio devido a circunstâncias fora de nosso controle. Estas podem incluir, por exemplo, guerras, tumultos na cidade, greves, atividade terrorista e suas consequências, desastre natural ou nuclear, incêndio, condições climáticas adversas, epidemias e problemas técnicos com a rede de transporte da cidade.

Cancelamentos

Reservamos o direito de cancelar o seu passeio em algumas circunstâncias. Razões para cancelamento incluem falha em atingir o número mínimo de pessoas para a realização do passeio, ou razões fora do nosso controle, tais como condições climáticas adversas, guia doente, quebras mecânicas or algum outro motivo fora de controle. Neste caso, o cliente será reembolsado do valor integral pago inicialmente pelo passeio, ou se possível iremos oferecer uma alternativa de passeio com valor similar ou mais alto. Lamentamos que no evento de um cancelamento, Dottv Productions Ltd. não poderá reembolsar viagem, acomodação ou qualquer outra despesa que o cliente tenha no período do passeio cancelado.

Cancelamento pelos participantes

Se você precisar cancelar o seu passeio, deverá fazê-lo com antecedência mínima de cinco dias úteis antes da realização do mesmo. O cliente receberá um reembolso parcial, correspondente ao total pago menos uma taxa administrativa de 10 libras esterlinas por pessoa. No caso de alguns passeios onde ingressos tenham sido comprados antecipadamente, o custo desses ingressos não poderão ser restituídos e deverão ser abatidos do seu reembolso.

Reembolsos

Reembolsos devem ser solicitados por escrito, de preferência por e-mail, pelo comprador do passeio. O reembolso será processado através do método original de pagamento.

Reclamações

As suas opiniões e sugestões  são sempre bem-vindas em todos os nossos produtos. No caso improvável em que o cliente tenha algum problema, este deve em primeiro lugar relatar o problema ao seu guia, para que ele tenha a chance de resolvê-lo imediatamente. Se o problema não for resolvido satisfatoriamente, por favor direcione a sua reclamação para Dottv Productions Ltd., ou através do e-mailtours@canallondres.tv. Reclamações devem ser reportadas dentro de um mês após a data do passeio.

Seguro de Viagem
Seguro pessoal não está incluído no nosso serviço. Recomendamos fortemente que todos os clientes adquiram um seguro de viagem apropriado.

Acidentes ou Perdas

Não aceitamos responsabilidade por perda, dano, atraso, inconveniência, ou perda direta ou indireta, ao menos que esta tenha ocorrido devido à negligência nossa, nesse caso nossa responsabilidade é limitada ao valor do passeio.

Terceiros

Uma pessoa que não for uma parte destes termos não terá nenhum direito ou nenhuma conexão com eles.

Disposições Gerais

Estes termos e condições não afetam os seus direitos estatutários como consumidor, e são regidos pela e em acordo com a lei inglesa. O comprador de um passeio concorda com a jurisdição das cortes inglesas. Todas as cláusulas destes termos e condições são independentes entre si. Se uma cláusula for invalidada ou não puder ser colocada em prática, isto não irá afetar nenhuma outra cláusula. Estes termos e condições são sujeitos a mudanças.

We are Dottv Productions Ltd. and we look forward to the opportunity to offer you, through our page LondresTours, amazing tours in the United Kingdom. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase our tours, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dottv Productions Ltd. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a tour with us.

Tour descriptions

Tour descriptions, format and timings given on Dottv Productions Ltd. website and in any other literature are only intended to present a general idea of the tour, and shall not be considered binding. In particular, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between you and Dottv Productions Ltd. The information about each tour is correct at the time of print. However, their content or format may change slightly during the year. Current details are available on our website.

Our guides

Our guides are not Dottv Productions Ltd. employees. They are partners that build the tour together with us and are committed to all Dottv Productions Ltd. Londres Tours Terms and Conditions.

Session lengths

Session lengths are approximate, and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the tour.

The text, illustrations and images used in all Dottv Productions Ltd. promotional literature are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without our express permission.

Inclusivity

We welcome the participation of disabled people in our tours and though we recognise that certain tours may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability at the time of ordering. This enables us to do our best to meet the participant’s particular needs. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at specific venues on request.

Alterations

If you want to change any of the details of your booking we reserve the right to make an amendment charge of 10 british pounds per person as a contribution to our administrative expenses. All amendments must be notified to us in writing by the person who made the original booking at least five working days before the tour date. Please make sure that you can find a suitable new date for your tour.

We reserve the right to make alterations to your booking if necessary. If alteration is necessary we will endeavour to make sure that changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If a major change becomes necessary we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible. A major change is one that involves a material change to the advertised tour, the time of departure or return by more than twelve hours. When a major change occurs, provided it does not arise from circumstances amounting to force majeure (see below), you will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements or cancelling your booking. We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport.

Cancellations

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking. Reasons for cancellation include failure to reach sufficient numbers, or reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, guide illness, mechanical breakdowns or another uncontrolled reason. In this event we will return to you all money you have paid to us, or if possible we will offer you an alternative tour product of a similar or higher value.  We regret that in the event of cancellation, Dottv Productions Ltd. is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.

Cancellation by participants

If you need to cancel your arrangements, you should do it at least five working days before the tour date. You will be entitled to a partial refund, which is the amount you have paid less the administrative charge of 10 British pounds per person.  For some tours where tickets have been bought in advance, the cost of these tickets cannot be refunded and will be also deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds should be requested in writing (preferably by e-mail) by the purchaser and the monies will be refunded directly to the original method of payment.

Complaints

We welcome your feedback on all of our products. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems, you should in the first instance report the matter to your guide, so that they have a chance to put matters right. If the matter is not then satisfactorily resolved, please address any complaints to Dottv Productions Ltd., or by e-mail to tours@canallondres.tv. Complaints should be reported within one month of tour date.

Travel Insurance

Personal insurance is not included. We strongly recommend that all customers should take out appropriate travel insurance.

Accident or Loss

We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the tour cost.

Third parties

A person who is not a party to these terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser of a tour agrees to the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and subclauses in this terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause. These terms & conditions are subject to change.

The details listed above are the Londres Tours Terms and Conditions offered by Dottv Productions Ltd.. Your statutory rights are not affected.
